Ideation and Design
Every great product starts with a great concept. Our design process begins with sketches and 3D renderings, as our team explores different shapes, materials, and construction methods. We study the biomechanics of the pickleball swing and consider factors like weight distribution, sweet spot size, and aerodynamics to optimize power and spin potential.
Composite Testing
Once we have a design we're excited about, the real work begins. We source and test dozens of composite materials, combining different fibers, resins, and core materials in our prototypes. Through rigorous on-court testing, we evaluate factors like power transfer, vibration dampening, and durability to find the perfect blend of composites for our paddles.
Aerodynamic Refinement
Even the slightest variation in paddle shape can impact aerodynamics and swing speed. We use cutting-edge computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations to analyze airflow around our prototypes and make micro-adjustments to the paddle face, core geometry, and edge bevels. The result is a paddle that slices through the air with minimal drag for faster, more precise shots.
Manufacturing Partnership
With our final design locked in, we partner with a world-class manufacturer that shares our commitment to quality and consistency.
